Recently hire my helper via besthouse keeper. Nikkie provided excellent service, she arranges interviewed with numbers of candidates and also her insight. All the process went seamless. Strongly recommend!

Would not recommend this agency to my friends or network. Agent initial responses were fast and very prompt in follow-up. However, when I want to terminate the helper due to poor performance, agent became not responsive. I have to chase for responses, have to remind agent to provide me replacement helper biodata, help me arrange interview etc... Agent no longer proactive even though I've paid agent fees and is willing to pay for replacement fee. Agent also cannot remember my requirement and I have to remind her again and again and again, e.g. mentioned to me that no helper can match my family profile because I have a big active dog that jump on table. But what I mentioned to her I have 1 medium sized old dog who do not bark, do not jump and low activity & maintenance dog. To be honest, if you are looking for a helper, this agency is more than willing to help and will be proactive in their follow-ups, etc. But once you have issues with the helper, they will not be of help, will not be proactive, and will come out with a lot excuses. Fyi I raised my request for replacement on 20 March 2023 and for a period of 2 months, the agent only arranged 2-3 interviews which is not suitable at all. And these interviews are arranged after I keep prompting her to. In the end I have give up on this agency and use other source to hire a new helper.

When I had problem with my helper, she help to solve even though is not her working timing, so content with her service overall. She also match the helper with my household requirements.
